Using TBC
You must provide accurate account information and use TBC only for lawful loyalty, membership, campaign and customer-service activities. You are responsible for activity performed through your owner or staff access.
Business responsibilities
Each business is responsible for the loyalty, membership, campaign, reward, pricing and customer-facing terms it configures. Staff must validate customer actions through the controls TBC provides.
Accounts and access
Do not share owner credentials or misuse staff access. TBC may restrict access when required to protect customers, businesses, the platform, or when an account is suspended or payment is due.
Service availability
We work to keep TBC available and secure, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be maintained or updated without changing existing customer rights already recorded by the service.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, manipulate loyalty activity, or use TBC to deceive customers.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the TBC Privacy Policy. A business should collect and use customer information only for legitimate loyalty and customer-relationship purposes.
Data processing roles
For the loyalty, membership, campaign and customer data a business collects through TBC about its own customers, TBC acts as a data processor: the business is the controller and decides why that data is collected, and TBC processes it only to provide the service and on the business’s instructions. For the account, billing and usage data TBC collects to operate a business’s own account with us — owner and staff sign-in, subscription and payment records, support requests — TBC is the controller. A business must have its own lawful basis for the customer data it asks TBC to hold, the same as it would for any other system it uses to run its loyalty programme.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be published here. Contact TBC through the public Contact page with questions.
Who operates the service

Governing law
